Support
Questions about ClearHire, your contractor listing or the app? We're happy to help.
We usually reply within one business day. Include your business name and the email you sign in with.
Signing in
ClearHire doesn't use passwords. Enter your email on the website (Contractor Login) or in the app, and we'll email you a 6-digit code. Didn't get it? Check spam, make sure you're using the email on your listing (or the one a business owner invited), and request a new code. Codes expire after a short time.
Your contractor listing
Edit your business info, logo, photos and pricing in My Account or in the app under Account. License, bond and insurance details come straight from state records and update automatically.
Adding people to your business
Owners can invite partners or office staff under People. Owners can do everything, including billing; managers can do everything except billing and managing people.
ClearHire Pro billing
Pro is managed on the website in My Account. Owners can change plans, update payment details or cancel at any time through Manage Billing.
Deleting your account
- In the app: Account → Delete My Account.
- On the website: My Account → Delete account.
- By email: write to info@clearhirepro.com from your account email and ask us to delete it.
Deleting removes your login. If you're the only person on a business, the business and its listing, documents, jobs, photos, receipts, expenses, leads, reviews and pricing are permanently deleted and any Pro subscription is canceled. If others are on the business, you're removed and the business stays with them. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Homeowners
ClearHire is free for homeowners. License information comes from Oregon and Washington public records; if something looks wrong, contact the state licensing agency or email us and we'll look into it.
